Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order because your event is cancelled, we'll do everything humanly possible to help you. If your order has not yet gone into production, we'll cancel it and refund your money. If it's already been assembled, we'll charge you only for our costs.

Please do not abuse our policy. If you've simply decided that you don't want to spend the money or you prefer a different design, please respect the fact that people have put time and money into your order and stick to your committment. Ultimately, we want to do the right thing. If you have a ligitimate reason for cancelling, we'll do what we can to accomodate your needs.
