Ordering

Once an order is placed, it is final, so we highly recommend that you request a sample of the design you are interested in. While you will be sent a final proof of your order (event stationary only) before it goes into full production, its purpose is to ensure there are no text errors and that the final design matches what was requested. In other words, it is not the time to say, "Can I try it in burgundy instead?".

Samples

Samples of our products are free. If you would like a custom sample (a sample where you choose the colours, papers, and fonts) each one is $10.00. Custom samples come with Designer Recommendations that will make you feel like you sat down with a top design consultant. Your sample package will include extra material swatches and suggestions that might interest you.

PROOFING

When your order has been placed, we'll send you one proof for every item in your order (custom orders only). Please review carefully to make sure everything is the way you requested it. At this point, any "corrections" or changes to your text will come with an additional charge. A PDF proof will be emailed to you to confirm the change.
